After my friend fell in love with my E5, I suggested to him that he buy an E1 for his Koss DJ cans and his iPhone.
He ordered one last week from an Amazon Store and got it today, but now he's telling me over iChat that it worked for a few hours, but now it doesn't. No output at all he says. When he plugs it in the controls work, but the iPhone plays out of it's speaker.
He has assured me that it's all hooked up properly, he's pretty slow, but I think he's got headphone jacks figured out by now. I won't be able to help him until tomorrow morning.
Any tips?
