Little Dot MKIII regrets?

Thinking of getting one cause it looks to be a decker amp for $199. Found it on eBay. Should I be concern with this?

Changed the title in hopes of some feedback from owners.

I am not sure what you are looking for in the headphone amp but LD Mk III has been absolutely delightful in my short experience. I just bought used LD Mk III from fellow head-fier and couldn't be happier with this purchase. No, it is not the giant killer nor best that I have heard but for the price, versatility, and sound quality vs. perceived value, it is hard to beat  this inexpensive tube amp has to offer. So I have absolutely no regret purchasing this amp even though I have lots of other amps in my inventory.

Give it a try, you might like enough to keep it for long time. Even if you don't care for its sound quality, you definitely can sell it with minimal loss. Oh, make sure the ebay seller is LD authorized dealer if you want warranty.

Thank you for your feedback. I have the Senn HD800. Do you think it's too soft for that headphone?

I've never tried the HD-800 with a Little Dot, but be forewarned that the HD-800 is quite sensitive to amplification and will viciously reveal any deficiencies in the amp.

You'd probably do well to read through the various HD-800 amplification threads.
