Amp suggestions for 600ohm headphones.

I'm a little new to the whole audiophile thing so I apologize in advance for any noob-ness of mine.

I'm looking for a headphone amplifier to power some Beyerdynamic DT 990 600ohm headphones.  My max price is $200 or so excluding shipping costs.  As for tubes amps or solid state amps I really have no preference as I've tried neither one and am looking to experiment (if I don't like the amp I could always sell it).  Likewise, I don't care if the headphone amp is portable or not, but I will honestly just keep in on my desk next to my computer anyways.

My current source is a X-FI Xtreme Music sound card.  However, I am upgrading the soundcard to a Xonar Essence ST in the very near future.
