As pcf said, just give Grado a call. E-mail usually takes longer. I called on a Saturday once and I think John himself picked up. Service turnaround time was quick and I wasn't even charged for a driver replacement even though I was quoted $100. Grado even shipped it back 3 day express to CA too.
