Where can I find this? Need help...

My problem is very simple. I have a stereo speaker and a stereo headphone.

I am looking for a device like the one in the picture. I want to be able to easily switch between my speaker and my headphone, without changing cables.

 

What is the name of such a device?

What kind of brand / model do you guys recommend?

How much will it cost?

Try a preamp with a headphone out.

One I used to have was the PreSonus Central Station. It has a DAC, two separate headphone amps and a nice relay-based volume control. About $500. Pull up some of the old threads and reviews - it was popular here for a bit.
