The second revision of the Silver Bullets has actually been out for about 2 months in Russia, in discretion of Fischer Audio since they never updated their site with this good bit of information. But it was unknown whether any official resellers had any and after a little digging....

Ebay reseller GD_AUDIOBASE has confirmed to me that they carry rev2 of the SBs. Their site can be found here.

But now, I will note that there aren't any pictures of the new cables which may or may not be a big improvement. I'll say that anything should be better than that really cheap cable on rev1 though.

Yes, but i spoke to the seller and he says the he is now carrying the new revision with the new cable. Rev.2 isn't an offical name so don't expect it to be stated on the listing. If you're still having doubts you can always double check with the seller.

The eBay ad is difficult to read due to the background, but at the top to the right of the picture, it says:

Fischer Audio Silver Bullet in-ear headphones earbuds

NEW VERSION WITH EMPROVED CABLE!!!

For all the doubters...Given my suggestion,  they updated their listing making it clear that it's revision two.

If they improved the cable I will be jumping on these. I thought I read somewhere that they had not improved it at all.

Old cable is hard, but new cable is made of soft material and very flexible like Eterna's cable. Of course new SB cable is not so thick compared to that cable which is goes with Eterna.

I can handle the housing but I'm not a fan of the strain relief although I'm not sure what they have counts as strain relief.

The lack of a proper strain relief never bothered me. The pair I have was heavily used by the previous user and had (and still don't) have faults in that area. It does look flimsy so I can understand the skepticism but so far so good....The cable on the other hand is outright horrible on rev1.

Hmm... I wonder if I would be able trade my old SB's for the new ones with the better cable... I love the IEM's but the cables just make it really difficult for me to use them without stressing out about them snapping

I've had mine for about 2 months and the cable seems very solid. I've never had the version 1 so I can't really compare but they are certainly more solid that my DBA-02 at the plug. I'm always worried about bending the cable at the plug of my DBA-02 but the SB has a good strain relief and its also a 90 deg plug rather than straight.
