Hey guys -
I have some Sennheiser HD25-1 II's coming in the mail. I don't currently have an amplifier so I guess it's time to buy one. I used to use my stereo's headphone output, but I don't have that stereo anymore. I'm looking to spend as little as possible. I am a basshead though so I would appreciate anything that makes the bass better. Would a FiiO E5 cut it (or make enough of a difference to be worth it as opposed to straight out of an AV-710/iPod)?
PS does anyone know if the Chaintech AV-710's line out is a true line out, like does it bypass the card's amp? If it isn't I guess I could get a DAC too but i'd like to hold off on that unless it's all-in-one.
