32 ohm earphones max 150 $

I am looking for some 32 ohm earphones, costing no more than 150 $ max.
 
SQ wise they should at least match my Etymotic ER6I
 
I like the fit of the Sennheiser CX 300 (not the SQ though).
 
Any suggestions please?

Because I have a lot of hiss and have to set the volume real low with all my 16 ohm phones.
