Swans new album

Just bought it from eMusic and it is definitely Swans but without Jarboe it is not quite the same as the Swans I am more into. Haven't listened to it enough to give a proper opinion though.

I hear you.

I'd rather have just Jarboe than just Gira, but most of all I'd like to have them both together.

 

Though I must admit it sounds pretty good in its own right, I just have to avoid comparing it to earlier Swans albums. It's been twelve years after all.
