AKG K240s vs. AKG K240 acoustic version

Can anyone tell me the difference between the k240s and the k240 acoustic versions. I've been wanted to get a pair but didn't know which one is better. I mostly listen to rock, classical, and jazz.

Thanks in advance!

Welcome to Head-fi.  Please note that thread like this belongs in a Full-Size Headphone forum instead of this one.

To answer the question, if by acoustic version you meant the K240 Monitors, then those sound significantly different from the K240 Studios and have different amping requirements.  K240m sounds much flatter/more neutral and requires a lot more in order to amp it while K240s has slight bass emphasis and can be amped rather easily.
