The drop down menu...

This seems to have stopped working completely now, I kinda like the idea but since it was put on you could hover over and click a forum, all fine but if you go back and hover over it again it didn't work. Now it seems not to be working at all. I figured someone must have noticed this but it's getting kind of annoying now. Is it just me or is everyone having the same problem? I'm running the latest version of chrome on windows 7 x64 which I can't imagine is a rare combination.

I can confirm that it's not just you.

Update: Seems to be working for now.

It's not working for me either, I have the same system setup. The menu appears too low, so that in trying to reach it, it minimizes.

Are you still seeing this issue?

I have not been able to re-create it using Windows 7 (64bit) and Chrome 7.0.517.41.

At the moment it appears to be working as it was at first, it works fine first time but if you re-hover over it the menu appears as below and you can't use it.

Something's changed it in the last week but that's what it's been like for me since it was put there.

Marcus_C, what version number of Chrome are you using?

I am attempting to re-create the issue, but I have not been able to do so as of yet.

This seems to be fixed, at least for now, has someone changed something?? Many thanks if someone has done some Jiggery Pokery....

Edit: I've found the problem. I was using a different zoom setting on chrome, zooming out makes it work, when you zoom back in it doesn't work again.frown.gif

That's not really a surprise. As a web developer, I can assure you that it's practically impossible to get the CSS positioning to work in all browser's zoom for those suckerfish menus. Fancy relative positioning can alleviate it (at times) but it's a royal pain to implement.
