What a good amp that isnt too expensive for the dt990 600ohm?

The FiiO e9 is going to become available quite soon and it's pretty much going to have the price/performance market cornered as far as headphone amps go.  I'm unsure if it will be able to power a hungry headphone like the dt990 600ohm.  Only time will tell.

The Bottlehead Crack OTL tube amp kit is available for a nudge over $200.  It's meant for high impedance phones.  Of course this route requires some soldering skills.
