A very all-round headphone for me. Just the right one to take on the go or on holiday. Also as a DJ, nice noice isolation. Very durable so you don't have to wonder if it will break if you throw...

This quick review is done after a few hours of listening. I bought them from B&H for the decent sum of 150$. If you've done your research you'll find out that Ultrasone HPs are known for their...

I auditioned the SRH-1840 straight out of the box, and was unsatisfied with the sound, so I decided to give them a period of break-in. Recent scientific studies have shown definite differences...

I didn't think of TEAC when I began searching for a dedicated CD player. My initial short list included Denon, Cambridge, Marantz, Onkyo. The Teac intrigued me, so I went for it. It is very...

Probably a different kind of pop
Yup. Pop is pop and most likely will always be pop. Record companies will always find different forms of music to exploit and make POPular.

Hmm..
There is no new music in the world of Demolition Man (1993), and the most popular oldies are all short, catchy commercial jingles like “Armor Hot Dogs.” In They Live (1988) all printed matter around contains subliminal advertising, with some fancy sunglasses a billboard (normally displaying "Come to the Caribbean" written above an attractive woman lying on a beach) now displays the text "Marry and Reproduce."
Right now pop music in the U.S. is turning into a combination of electro and rap.

Yeah, a lot of music in the US is moving towards dance beats (take drum and bass and slow it down), autotune, and lyrics about getting wasted.
Good stuff :X
To be honest I won't really call kpop to be a music trend in Singapore. Its more like... guys ogling at the girl groups music videos and girls ogling at the boy bands. I see more video watching than music listening really.
