I guess trying to get in contact with them wouldn't be hard. I'm gonna try it. I don't know if it's relevant after so long but I did buy them used from e-Bay. I know it's a different model because the earpieces are red and blue and if I am correct they only offer that in the ER4S model not the ER4P model anymore.

If any chance you are not going to remold it, do give Ety a call. There was problem with weak, easily crack nozzle issue back in 2005/2006 (I think Ety switched to a different manufacturing process/material that caused the problem), and most people got free repair from Ety at the time.
