TC Konnekt 8 and HD800 - do I need an additional amplifier?

Good day, head-fi’ers!

I'm using TC Konnekt 8 audio interface with a pair of Sennheiser HD650. The sound is really good, but I'm thinking about replacing HD650 with HD800. The question is: will konnekt 8 be sufficient to drive HD800 properly?

Form this [http://www.head-fi.org/forum/thread/375083/is-the-tc-electronic-konnekt-8-strong-enough-to-drive-my-dt990-pro-600ohm] thread I’ve learned that konnekt 8 does pretty good with high-impedance headphones. My HD650 sounds loud enough for me (I never go beyond 50% of volume) and the sound is very well detailed. Still, HD800 could be much more demanding...

What will you say? Will I miss a lot by using konnekt 8 as an amp for HD800?

Thanks for your replies!

HD800 aren't much more demanding... though volume really isn't everything (or nearly anything) when it comes to audio amplification.

I see, but can you explain a little bit more (I'm sorry, I've never dealt with headphone amps or passive speakers and amps before)?
