A normal tripod (+/- 3ft in height) won't cut it. We need about 6ft of elevation in order to get a clear signal. DishTV doesn't do tripod installs anymore.
I need a out-of-the-box or DIY method to get a 6ft elevation boost for a satellite dish onto an apartment's *porch*, the smaller footprint the better, because the porch is only about 6"x 4" to begin with. Also, we can't "damage" the building -- no nails, screws, etc. into the roof or railings or porch.
