Should fit fine with a spacer behind. Problem is that the review from the site says it makes the IPhone more highs prominent. Not really a need along with a recommended load starting at 32 ohms. Compromise type amp designs amps often don't help Iphones/Ipods unless additional V is needed.

The answer is obvious... you should get both!Having both would be a very nice kit :)

 

I'm not sure what the a900x deal is right now, but the gr07be deal is really great.

Sigh.... Just opened my fxz100, has400 and fx3x I bought over the weekend. To add on a900x and gr07, ughhh. Too much eargasm in a short period of time lol

Hmm, I see your dilemma! You've got great new gear now. So my altered recommendation is to pass on more toys for a while and enjoy what you have. Don't worry - the ad900 and gr07be will go on sale again... at some point!

I think I'm about to totally understand what you mean...  just got HE-400s in today, and while not the same quality, I'm waiting on a Turbine and Etymotic HF5 to get in on Friday.  For a long time I had myself convinced that IEMs were uncomfortable, seems I was just using uncomfortable IEMs.

Driving me nuts as well, these, and the AD900x, have gotten so much play here, have the latter in my cart and the site with the former open. Debates on their relative merits go on as well, but both seem like the greatest thing since mother's milk reading the posts here (and other threads)...I really don't need more headphones...repeat,,,really don't,,,,

stayed up until 2am just staring at them thinking. then realized what time it was and how screwed i was going to be for work having to wake up 4 hours later. 4 hours later, im screwed for work lol. but it was worth it.

my notion was, this was the last one im going to buy for awhile lol. so said screw it and just bought it to ease my contemplation.

no more now. at least for awhile haha
