Sony-MDRXB60EX  - 36.99, Cheapest I've ever seen them but have no idea if they are any good.

This is more of an ongoing thing, but the Ultimate Ears Triplefi 10s are brand new on eBay for $160. Retail is ~$250, and MSRP is $400.

They have been replaced by the UE 900s, when Logitech bought UE. Honestly, I think that the TF10s were better, and they are still for sale from Amazon, eBay, and other sites.

Get the molds from an audiologist. You don't want to ruin the re-shell with bad homemade molds.
