Capitalize on a "catch of the day"? Yes, I was ordering based upon a promise to deliver an item at a price. Cause? In what regard? Were you dropped on your head or is your problem genetic? I don't think you're a corp shill; I am sure AMZN's barrier to entry is higher.
So you're all good with using the product and then sending it back? Wow, your mom must be really proud.
And no. I have no problem with a mistake. I am fine with a cancelled order knowing that they cannot fulfill at the promised price. I am not ok with delivery of two SPs after being told by an AVP that they would visually inspect the product before shipping. I am the reason they pulled the product offering.
They told me to keep the SPs and I am getting a full refund. It's simply moronic to continue to process sales when so many mistakes are being made. The customer shouldn't have to make repeated attempts to fix their logistics.
Anyone want to buy a cheap NIB SP?
They refunded your money and let you keep the SP's? And you are complaining? Am I reading this right?
