Hi There

 

I have for sale an Eddie Current Balancing Act Headphone Amplifier.

 

I have only had this unit for a few months and would like to sell it to purchase the latest Eddie Current model. As i understand it i was on the "2nd run" of Balancing Act amps and orders are now being taken for the 3rd run of Eddie Current Amps.

 

I had considered sending this back to Eddie Current to upgrade to the latest version but it is just not cost effective to do so. This unit comes with Western Electric 300B tubes and can also accommodate PX4 type of valves. The unit is in absolute mint condition. I have original boxes and manuals.

 

I had the following upgrades added to this unit;

Partial Silver EI Core for the Output Transformers (now standard on his new model)
ALPS RK50 (Quad) Potentiometer

Note that my model does not accommodate 2A3/45 output tubes. This is what has changed between my model and the new model.

 

Note also that my model is a dedicated 230/240V model.

 

My preference is to ship within Australia but will consider shipping overseas.

 

Asking price is $AU3,200.00 (price includes shipping anywhere within Australia)

I accidentally omitted a key bit of information from my post. I have now edited the post to include the following bit of info.
