IEMs with GOOD microphone sound quality (for Iphone 3GS/4)

There are several threads concerning sound quality of various IEMs, but not that many regarding the sound quality of their in-line microphones - which for some can be equally or even more important.

 

Do you have any experience with different IEMs and their microphones? Preferably in the sub 300$ range. Personally I'm using the Nuforce NE7-M with the Iphone 3GS ATM and I'm not too pleased; people simply have trouble hearing me. Doing a simple recording test using the IEM mic vs speaking into the phone, it's obvious that the latter recording is louder - so a high sensitivity mic would probably suit me well.

Anyways, I use Radius headset for iphone 3G

This are great IEMs with great quality mic.  Priced  about 100 USD.

You can get them from MusicaAcoustics.com

This is a Japanese shop I purchased my Radius W Pro DDM from

in my experiences, those misc were located little too below (tf10, se530), if I used the shirt clip to stay near top, they were ok. So I would prefer something that has mic near my neck area if there is any.
