If you have a chance to see these guys live, just do it. The evening had so many highlights that I can't pick a favorite, but of the over 200 shows I've seen in the last 20 years or so this was up there with the very best. I'm seriously considering driving to CA to see them tomorrow, and Los Angeles totally gives me the creeps. Even if you don't like them, go anyway. It will still be a lot more fun than sitting in your room obsessing about whether changing your interconnects to ones with an olive oil dielectric will give you a smoother midrange to treble transition.
