Cheapest DAC that can (accurately) display input bitrate/sample rate?

I'm looking to buy a DAC which can display the input bitrate. SQ is not important -- price is the main concern. A USB soundcard is possible. It has to support 24/176.4 and 24/192 and have coaxial spdif inputs (but toslink is not necessarily a deal breaker).

Any suggestions?

Audiotrak DR.DAC2 DX, Javs UDT-1 (NO DAC!), and Matrix Mini-i are between 300 and 350 USD and display (some) sample rates. I am not sure about accuracy - what do you mean by that? Also, I went for sample rate rather than bit rate. I also didn't check for coax s/pdif.

You are right, I meant sample rate instead of bitrate. I can get an EMU 0404 USB for 200USD so this might be the cheapest I guess.

Sorry, but at least on a cursory look the EMU 0404 USB doesn't seem to have indicators on the device itself? Am I getting that wrong or are you also happy with a software-based solution rather than direct indicators on the device?
