For Sale:
SOLD-UE super.fi 5 EB TRIPLE DRIVER CUSTOM HYBRIDS

I bought brand new UE super.fi 5 eb earphones (see box) and sent them straight to Unique Melody and paid for an extra mid/high Balanced Armature, then paid to be molded into custom shell.

This created:

1 large (16mm) dynamic driver (Bass)

2 BA drivers (Mid/high)

on each custom.

 

 

I am enjoying more neutral phones these days and these customs are a bass head heaven! The extra mid/high driver balanced them out a little though.

Consequently I have hardly used them. I put less than 1 hour on the original UE 5eb's before I sent them off. Once I recieved the customs I put approx 3 hours on them. The drivers are not even burnt in yet. You will see the condition of the customs are immaculate. (hard to show how clean they are on the photo)

I also tried to show the extra driver in the pictures.

 

Unique Melody did a fantastic job with the customs fit/appearance. Much better fit than my JH16's were! They charge $154usd for a remold which includes express post back to your country.

 

With the original 5EB's + extra drivers +_ customs remold, they cost me over $450usd.

 

As new condition I will sell for $SOLD.

 

included is UE case

2 customs

1 UE cable

UE box (if wanted) 

 

*EDIT* SOLD-I am also selling a brand new TWag custom cable with Oyaide Rhodium mini with upgraded custom connectors which literally transform these customs over the stock cable.

I decided not to use it with the customs as I would be selling them so I packed up to sell it new. PM if interested.

I wonder how old is your SuperFi EB prior to customizing and how long will it takes to remold? Does it sounds clean? I mean tight and controlled bass?

The driver were sent straight to UM to get remolded the day I got them.

The bass packs a wollop. Same quality and size as the standard UE super.fi 5eb.

The drivers would have less then 5 hours total on them.

Yes, they are customs. You need to get impressions done by your local audiologist them send it all in to Unique melody for remold.
