Mogami 2534 Question

Thread Starter
I'm going to attempt to recable my d2000s tonight, using Mogami 2534...now, there are 2 clear wires and 2 blue wires- after soldering the conector, how do I distinguish the R channel from the L channel? Its impossible to follow the wire from the connector, as it is shielded, I fell like I'm left with a 50/50 shot- could I use a DMM? And if so, how?

Thanks
Greg

Take the DDM and set the mode to measure resistance. Then touch the contact of the connectors with one probe and wires on the other end with the other probe. Read other wires till the resistance drop to a minimum. That means that wire is connected to that contact.
