It comes with just one pair of tubes: upgraded Mullard M8161 tubes and power cord.
The only problem is that the blue LED in the front only works sometimes. I emailed Little Dot and they told me that it's just a defective LED. I've been using the amp for a while now with the LED not working and the amp works 100% fine otherwise. If you're handy with the soldering iron, it should be a quick fix. But I guarantee you the amp works fine otherwise.
