If that dock has line out and the iPod is loaded with ALAC/AIFF, I don't see the problem.

You can get iPod DAC converters too. Then it's all in the digital realm. No reason you can't have a pretty decent portable  iPod setup with what's available out there these days. smile.gif

I realize that it can be hard to see, and that the headphone-displaying model for this photo may blurry one's eyesight. But if you concentrate hard enough (on your vision [take some brain power off your audition for a sec]) you can make out a string of beige, the headphone's cable, floating on a sea of exposed woman body skin.
