hey guys,

i recently bought the bose IE2 in ear headphones and i like them alot. However my friend told me that they arent good and that i could get much better ones, and he was showing me around this forum. I was wondering if you guys could point me at "better" headphones than the IE2's b/c i can still return them if i find a better pair.

Keep in mind, i bought the IE2 mainly because it has the nice ear ring design b/c my ears are weird and i need a latch of some sort to keep from having them pop out.

Thank you!!

I would think that an over ear design would solve your problem. For that reason, i think you should take a look at the MeElectronics M6. There is little to no microphonics (cable noise), they isolate and sound great (from many others on this forum - personally i have the M9).  The only thing is, i think it would be good if you purchased it onsale as the site (meelec.com i believe) frequently puts their earphones on sale.

If you like these IEMs, then who really cares what your friend thinks.  Im not trying to be rough or anything, but how something sounds is so very subjective.  Its like politics, or religion, or what sports team you like.  I would say keep what you have if you are happy.
