The K-1000 get a lot of love... but I would like to see AKG crew working hard and put out a new concept of hps.

Same here. I'd like to see something like an upgrade of the k240 Studio. Something like the AKG 701, but with more bass that's a bit easier to drive and not as huge.

As said before, if AKG is interested in selling headphones they need to come to Head-Fi, not ask Head-Fi to go to Facebook.

The Eighties are due for a comeback. Maybe AKG could start packaging their headphones with matching day glo legwarmers.

How much would you guys pay for a new k1000? I would like to see it come in at $600 or below. There are enough $1k+ phones out there.
