Did you guys read what it said in the Reference 7 manual?

 

3)  Please must power off the Reference 7 if has no person attention.

4)  Please pull the power cable at the thunder and rainy days.

 

So for all of you who leave your gear on 24/7, apparently you're not supposed to.

I would think that the vast majority of electronics are not meant to be left on unattended.
