Buy a second pair and give them to a friend?

For just 3$ more you could get a pair of JVC Flats. Don't be fooled these are seriously worth the price.

They're jacking up the price on those! Last year I got several sets for $10ea at Big Lots. Now they're $20+ all over. Still worth it though.

You can still get them on ebay for 7.00$ brand new from a good seller.

I thought I was the only one that did this, but here I find a whole thread full of people like me. smily_headphones1.gif

For $11 and change, I'd go to a thrift store or a garage sale and offer $10 for a box of used vinyl.  I'd use the rest to pick up a can of soup at the Dollar Store.

Yea, I agree with Uncle Erik I love going to good-will and salvation army stores. You can find treasure there sometimes.

You guys are offering up some good advice. I can't believe it costs like $8.50 to see a movie at the local mall, and popcorn goes for like $8.00 as well. I haven't done a cost analysis, but last time I checked, I can make my own popcorn for less than $0.25 usd. I seem to remember that during the great depression people would have all night dance marathons that were basically free. What ever happened to ",Life near the bone is sweetest?"

I've been thinking about ordering Sanyo Eneloop 4 Pack AA NiMH Pre-Charged Rechargable Batteries w/ Charger from Amazon and it qualifies for free shipping over $25. If we combine orders, we can get free shipping that way.

It is just the solution for my problem, It's good for reference, Thanks for your sharing!

1. exchange it into pennies

2. Mold the pennies together to make copper

3. Sell them (you should have more money than where you've started)

4. repeat

5 ???

6 profit!!!

*This doesnt really work since pennies nowadays use a lot zinc, which is basically worthless.
