If I convert FLAC to WAV and then put it on a CD...

If I convert some music that is in FLAC to WAV (since people seem to have problems with putting FLAC on a CD) and then burn the WAV files onto a CD, would this be the same quality as just buying the CD itself? 

I am asking this because I want to into speakers and I was looking at some CD players as sources.

audibly yes, computer science wise, it'll depend on the quality of the encoders (to FLAC and to WAV) and quality of the decoding of the CD player.

 

Short answer: Yes.
