The next upgrade

Hi. I'm am currently looking at what I should upgrade. I'm selling a z680 set next week on Craigslist, so I will net $70 from the sale. I want to see what I can upgrade.

Currently, I am using Grado Sr80i's on a Rockboxed Gigabeat F40. I don't have any other equipment. No DAC. No Amp. I'm on a budget, so I can't be spending 500-1000 on equipment.

All of my music is in FLAC, ripped directly from the disc.

So the question is: If I have about $100, what is the greatest possible upgrade I can make? I am planning to get a desktop setup, because I quit portable music(i take my camera instead). Is it a DAC? An Amp? Another headphone? If so, which model?

Well, my desk is free now, since I got rid of the z680, so I think an amp/dac would work fine. uDAC used to be the "season of the month", so I don't know if its good anymore.

I really liked the PA2V2 amp from Electric Avenues, but honestly Grados don't benefit that much from amping.  As far as a DAC, I'm in the same boat as you.
