 You have missed the point,why not find out how much they sold for in the first 10 years of there production run (I will make it easy for you,they were $1000 phones back in 1990).

 

The price that you keep throwing around is at the end of the run when they were unloading all stock.

 

While we are at it maybe Dodge should do a rerun of the 69-71 RT Charger and for that matter do a rerun of anything that (shame) has appreciated in value.

I don't mean to be argumentative but they were actually released in 1989 for $400. They then re-released them in 2001 for MSRP $999 in which their street price was $600. They were discontinued in 2005 and since then the street prices have skyrocketed over 1k. 

 

Not too sure what Dodge has to do with AKG though?
