Never seen these for sale, where do they sell them?

FWIW, Burson uses a step-attenuator in their HA-160.  Me?  I don't know nothing, that's why I bought a HA-160 as opposed to making one.  Hope the above helps give you additional insight.

I found a place but they seem like they are for audio mixing tables, and they are huge.  No way they would fit in my Woo...

As I originally said Daven's are big!! But they are the best when you can find them and have the space for them in your project......JMO.....Most of the older military "Stuff" was large but very, very (Heavy Duty) for lack of a better term....Ever see a 6384 Tung-sol tube (Kin to a 6L6)??? Or how about the more available 5692 Red Base 6sn7........etc.etc.......These tubes and parts were built to specs today's company's can only dream about......But, That's also when our military was building "BIG STUFF".....not the droids of today......miniature parts have their place, in today's markets of Planes, Trains and Audio equipment.....

HIGHFLYiN9, If you're talking about the values of the DAVEN POTS.. That's the Issue Now, finding the right value's, according to my Builder......Chris Ivan! He hoard's them, or he'll tell me, "Guess what I found today"?????? It's always a "Daven", that'll work in his next pre/phono amp project......Good Luck........If you ever get to open one up and look at the build quality and the feel of the sweep, you'll know what and why I've ranted so much about them.......AND YES Golden Monkey, you're right again, I do believe in MASS LOADING......I love everything big except my woman/wife! LOL with U......
