So I was sick and decided to make a headphone stand....

Yes, just the title says I was sick last week and managed to get some free time (feels good man), just bored and just decided to play with some left over wood that came from my daughters bed

 

Its really easy I suggest you do the same to save money for headphones instead of buying those hellbent stands 

 

All you need are the simple tools and some time check my pictures

nice..this is the 1st one hehehe its quite funny look at the edges.. needs more varnish and sandpaper but maybe next time

See..  its not that hard was doing this while having a flu..for christs sake

It will also save you some money

 

mat used:

 

wood, some wood, nails, hammer , small saw, pencil, ruler, and a little time cheerios

ha yeah I wish. Maybe if i got a better tool

Try wrapping some foam around the central beam. Square wood will eventually cut into the headband.

At Bed, Bath and Beyond they have these killer "Euro" satin nickel racks, a banana holder (for one headphone) and coffee mug rack (for several)....   I use the Mug rack and love it for my 5 headphones.  Very cheap and very sturdy.

Leather would look classier, IMO
