Ocean Matrix RCA Switch Box

Thread Starter

Looking for something to accept input from a DAC and output to either powered monitors or an amp. This looks like it should work fine. Anybody have experience with it? Suggestions for other switch boxes?

I am also looking for a good switchbox, though I'd prefer one with front buttons to reduce visible cable clutter. I'm also concerned with signal loss, as cheap switches that I have owned in the past have had problems.

Sorry to dig up an old post, but this is something I'm really interested in.

Has anyone found anything on a good RCA audio switch-box, preferably with 4 inputs?

I really don't like manually swapping cables into my gear, but everyone I've seen is absolute garbage.

You might think about commissioning one from one of the builders here. Pick your own components and get what you want. Not a difficult build, so probably only a little more than the cost of parts.

Similarly, you could DIY one. No power supply needed and nothing particularly difficult. You'd only need an iron and a drill. Post in the DIY Forum if you want some help.
