 12/11 UPDATE:  Price dropped to $1,550 shipped.

 

 

 

Up for sale is my excellent condition HD-800 with hardwired StefanAudioArt Voice Cable.   Serial # 492.  I am the original owner.  Selling to free up funds.  New retail with SAA cable is $2,800 (not counting shipping to SAA for hardwire).  I'm asking $1,950 shipped and insured.

Another price drop to $1,750.  This is a great deal for someone looking to get the 800.  The Voice cable alone cost $1,400 plus shipping and time involved to have hardwired.

Sorry for replying but it seems I've used all my (2) permitted pm's.

 

 

Excellent condition is? Mint? Like New?

 

Just wondering how you assess the condition. How much use have they had and how intense?

HP's are in mint condition.  I always have at least 5 different headphones so no single can gets a lot of use.  I ran them in for a couple hundred hours  initially and since then they have probably had around  75 hours of headtime.
