Connecting a single DAC to 2 Amps?

I'd like to connect my MSB Platinum DAC III to two amps via balanced so that I can use both at the same time.  Anyway to do this without any deterioration of sound quality?  There is only one balanced out from the DAC.

Y cable unless one of the amps has pass through.  Totally harmless.  I feed the balanced and se output of the Stello to different amps.
