Regarding the nature of the third piece from the right in the simulation of assembly steps. This piece appears to render the butterfly vents non functional in nature and causes this; "open ended headphone", a statment made many times by your team to be false. It goes without saying that if one fact of information is false so might any other. I love my two ultrasone products so please help me not lose faith in one of my favorite and unique manufactures of headphones. Due to the price and exclusive nature of the edition 10, a reply might help myself, and possibly many others in deciding weather or not to purchase. Or is it simply that this piece is
