Anyone try out the Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi HD yet? Or any better USB sound card?

i just found this on newegg and there aren't any reviews posted up yet.

I don't have much knowledge on USB sound cards to know whether that's decent or not. From my searching it looked like the Asus Xonar was a good USB sound card for under 100 dollars, how does this match up.

Thanks

Essentially, the X-Fi range is marketed towards gamers, while Xonar cards I would think; are marketed towards budget audio enthusiasts. If you're gaming, the X-Fi HD should fit your needs. Which Xonar are you referring to?

Probably asking about the Xonar U1 (the USB one) since he's asking about USB

Yep, I'm talking about the Xonar U1 I think.

And I was just curious since that one had no reviews and claimed it has "Audiophile components" in it.

Thanks though

The USB version looks good. But I can't find any info on whether it supports ASIO.
