I am looking for some one who might be interested in trading a Bang and Olufsen Beosound 6 for a pair of cans of equivalent retail value. I bough it to kind of finish off the highest level of luxury snobbery to be used with some IEMs  for mowing the lawn and stuff. (no hard drive like my I pod 80g 5 gen rock boxed that I want to put an ssd in as soon as the 120g CF card comes down in price) which is Why I am getting rid of this and I realized that I could use some more cans (ok sort of) or something different. Trade in those cans you got her for her birthday that she used twice because they mess up her hair, you know the ones that are on your desk and get her a bag a Beosound 6 and some Spakely EMIs and your set.

This is essentially Like owning an overpriced pair of shoes (Light Blue crocodile and kangaroo high top tenniss shoes to be exact and yes I have those too) People really don't care if there are comfortable, durable, or made by child labor somewhere in a barn in Italy. This thing is pure glamor for the person that appreciates a Louis Vuitton hand bag more than a properly cooked steak and an LP of Mahler Blaring on ribbon planner speakers.  That said it really feels top notch like the difference between a cheap Casio calculator watch (that one on your wrist  networkadmin) and a Hublot in your hand. As far as sound it sounds better with a high bit rate MP3 and there special B&O mode than the 5gen I pod running Flack riped on EAC with SR60s pluged directly into the headphone jack.(not the pin jack just the headphone one stock) This is because although it has the same controller pad as a samsung model, some of the internal parts are far superior including the jack and connections, as well as the glass screen and as far as I know it has a much better DAC. That said you may need to use that B&O software in order to get things on it if you are not tech savy.

So I would be interested in A Good pair of cans modded or un modded as long as its not a pair of hacked together sr60s with custom home made "woodie" kits made out of your grandmothers old conter top.

Cans or IEM,s would be great. As far as cans go my preference is Grado for there fold flat travel for me but I Will consider anything In a similar price range even a pair of HIFIMAN 4s or the like that have the cracking wood problem.

SO GET IT FOR YOUR GIRLFRIEND, WIFE, MOTHER, DOG, USE IT YOUR SELF OR WEAR IT AROUND YOUR NECK  JUST TO LOOK COOL IN THE BOARD ROOM.

ITS THE BANG AND OLUFSEN BEOSOUND 6 The WORLD MOST OVER PRICED MP3 PLAYER EVER (not most expensive that's different).  WORN AS A FASSION STATMENT, JEWLERY, A POLITICAL STATMENT (if you hate APPLE) or all of the Above

Thanks for reading and have a great day.

Sorry I was gone for so long. ...

I would be willing to sell it for cash but honestly I would have a hard time justifying buying a new pair of cans with the sale money.

So that's why I would like to trade it. That said Make me an offer I can refuse. (that dose not involve a pistol to my head or other forms of non monetary compensation)

Glad to hear you like the player too. I love it but am going to sell off all my stuff trying to save for a hifi-man 801 or 802 if I keep saving at this current rate.

PM me if you like.
