Does it matter to you to wait one to three seconds to play the next track?

Probably not, since the player will drain a load of power off the battery, it probably has a massive amount of speed to it.

But it's still up to android if it will pause to load the file before it plays.

Yah they do and I'm sure the D3 will be no exception.

Even, if this is true, Cowon will implement the android market. There is no reason why they would not implement this. The last resort would be hackers..., if not...

EDIT: An iAudiophile-forum member posted:

Dreamer, you remind me of a review I read about the ipod touch. The girl said something along the line of "I'm not buying this piece of junk because it doesn't have a camera!"

I thought that was funny, not to smear you or anything

Another update to start a new talk:

Based on what I read, Cowon will show off the D3 at CES 2011 Jan. 6-9

Where will it be?

Sorry about this:

Are there Head-Fi Meets in Germany or France (near the boarder)?

Just thought about that, because of the CES thing.

and about the Head-Fi meets?

I hope the player is priced more reasonably than the X7, which is too expensive IMO for what it offers. Certain android apps would be very useful for the gym, such as stopwatches/timer apps like Ultrachron Stopwatch. That, plus MicroSD expandability and physical track/volume controls would make the player the ideal choice for a lot of people. Samsung is coming out with a PMP version of the Galaxy S phones at CES as well, so it'll be interesting to see them go head to head.
