Music is different for everybody that hears it. Different people have different "peaks" of sensitivity at different specific frequencies. Also, your sound preference will help, ex. how much bass you like in the music.

Whatever makes you happy. Lol. When I EQ I either try to get it to sound as natural as I can or as fun as I Can depending on the genre of music.

Everyone has different ears, brains and listens to different recordings. EQ is a wonderful thing (not sure why anyone in the HeadFi world would live without it). Play with the settings to figure out what you like. No one else can tell you what that will be.

Play w/the EQ until you find a sound you like, then enjoy. As everyone else has already said: each person hears differently - only you can choose the "Best" EQ setting for you and your particular headphones.
