Here's the deal: I'm going to be recabling my SR80's soon. As long as I'm going to be doing my own, I might as well do some others at the same time.
If you pay for my recabling supplies (nothing crazy, just regular redco stuff) and send me supplies for your headphones (do it all on the same order), I'll do the work to recable your Grados.
I have not recabled headphones before. However, I have built my own guitar cables and effects pedal cables from scratch and replaced the input jack on my SR80's in the past-- so I have the skills to do it. And I was pretty much going to follow this tutorial:
