Which custom IEMs?

I'm considering taking the plunge on a set of custom IEMs. I have (almost) settled on ACS as I like the all silicone earpieces (and I live in the UK).  However, not sure whether to go for the T2 (dual driver) or T1 (triple driver - updated in 2010).

Can anyone who has listened to both offer a view?  It seems to be a bit more complicated than "three drivers are better than two so go for the T1 if you can afford it"!

Actually, the people in ACS are pretty honest. I know I've read a couple of reviews here and there, but I can't for the life of me remember what was said. But what I would recommend is to write in to them and tell them about your music tastes and they will advise you which would be a better fit for you. They will steer you in the right direction, and though there is a sales incentive for them, I've read a fair few being directed to the T2 still due to its suitability of sound signature. Take it this way, if you are happier with the recommendation/product, the more likely you are to go back to them.

I spoke to Andy Shiach who was really helpful and spent quite a while chatting to me about my preferences and what I am after.  I think I'm going to go for the T2 on the basis that it is much more neutral than the T1. (I already have some IE-8s with custom tips and find the bass on these to be too much for many genres of music.  Apparently, the T1s have even more punchy bass than the IE-8s, whereas the frequency response of the T2s is much flatter.)

However.... I'm going to hold off for a few more weeks because Andy said they are close to announcing a completely re-engineered/upgraded line of custom IEMs!  The new T2s (and T1s I think) will have different drivers, a re-engineered sound signature and will also be more durable due to features like replaceable cables and more flexible electronics embedded in the silicone.  He even hinted they were thinking about a wireless product but I wasn't sure if this is imminent or a longer-term prospect!
