A fix for the Heathkit A7 tube amp I'm selling?

I decided to sell some stuff I'm not using, but when I broke out my vintage Heathkit A7 (A7c?) mono integrated amp, I discovered the volume is now outputting low, especially in the "tape" input. I hate to sell stuff not working 100% (I hate to sell stuff, period. Audio "horder" anyone? But bills call...) so I thought I might ask here if there's something obvious I'm missing. I dont have a tube test to check the tubes, and I don't want to invest $30 in tubes at this point or pay someone to look at it. Gosh, I wish I knew half as much as some guys here. There's a link to my auction.

If someone has an easy way to try and find out what's wrong, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

Sell it as is, and fairly declare its condition. You wont get top dollar, but you wont get the money it costs to properly restore a vintage piece of gear back. Let someone who wants to restore it deal with it.

Probably sagely advice.

X2 on nikongod's advice, though I think you'll get a good price.  A lot of what buyers look for is good cosmetic condition, all the knobs and something that hasn't been endlessly monkeyed with.  The unit looks really nice, and I'm sure whoever buys it will take care of it.
