Used once (actually burned in ~100 hours). Comes with all original packaging. Ipod wrapped in original plastic. Have receipt from Best Buy dated 6/26. Was going to return to store but didn't quite make it.

Photo of item. It's hard to see, but the original plastic wrap is over the iPod. The slight scuffs are actually on the plastic, not on the iPod itself.
