Easy way to insert bare wire into heatshrink.

Hi. First sorry for my bad english.

I'm planning to insulate bare 28awg bare wire with heatshrink but I heard that it's really hard to insert bare wire into heat shrink.

In this site(http://www.hndme.com/productcart/pc/viewCategories.asp?idCategory=89) they said to apply a very thin coating of mineral oil before inserting wire into insulation. I wonder if I can use bicycle disk brake  mineral oil.

And if you have your own tip to insert bare wire, please tell me.

Thank you.

im not sure if i'm thinking of the wrong thing here, but i don't think it should be hard to insert a wire into heat shrink, it should be big enough that you can do it without difficulty, and after you have your wire through it you heat it up and it shrinks. hence the name.

How long a piece of wire are you talking about? A few feet should be no problem without any lube. If you're planning to cover a longer piece, why not just buy insulated wire?
