For free.  Sorry, CONUS only and free shipping.  Brand new and unused.  I'm keeping the other two sets.

do they pretty much attach to any IEM? or PFE only

Any IEM with similar cable diameter.  I have used PFE with IE7/IE8, MTPC.

any idea bout panasonic hje900?  the thing itself is a bit long/heavy to do over the ear without awkwardness, wondering if the ear guides will ease that position

Yes. It fits fine with the HJE900 and does take the weight off the ears, but takes a little time to adjust them in position.
